David Venable shirt

I am not a fan of that shirt David is wearing this morning. While I don't normally comment on the male hosts appearances I believe David would look slimmer in a solid color shirt. I'm not sure if he was dressed by a behind the scenes designer or he chose that shirt himself.

It is a very fuddy duddy shirt... like a bowling shirt ten times too big. Perhaps he is trying to hide that gut he has acquired from all his food fests?

I've seen him wear similar shirts before. They look like bowling shirts to me.

I had to laugh because when I saw his shirt this morning I thought to myself.....Isn't that the same shirt my Dad had in the 70's.......I guess everything old is new again!

Back in the 70s I worked in a Nursing Home, and David's shirt today looked like the shirts the men patients/residents (who weren't bedridden) wore on the weekend when visitors were coming.

I didn't see it, but it sounds like his fashion style can be called "retro". Maybe he'll start a new trend!
