Customer Service - Always A Number One

Last Saturday or Sunday, during the Vincenza event, I ordered a bracelet. The package arrived yesterday. Image my surprise when I opened the box to find nothing inside. I called QVC customer service and told them my tale of woe. I told the nice lady that I had a witness - my husband, and we both had a laugh. She said that QVC is sorry I was disappointed and another bracelet would be sent express shipping and should be at my house on Wednesday. Way to go, QVC. I have never been disappointed by your customer service.

QVC customer service, when it's good, it's very good but when it's bad, it's horrid.

Not another empty box story! I've read of this before, and can't figure out how it happens. Maybe workers in the warehouse swipe things? But in this day and age, I would think there would be security to prevent that.

I once sent back an empty ring box by accident and never heard a peep from QVC. Months later, maybe 6 months later, I saw the ring in my jewelry box. When I called about my mistake, I was told to keep it. Obviously, no one checked my return.

Many years ago I received an empty jewelry package on a gold bracelet that I had ordered. Qvc sent a replacement, expedited postage, no questions asked. I have never had a bad experience with Qvc customer service in over 20 years. Never.
