I look at my W-2, compare it with last year's W-2, and sure enough, I'm making LESS (even tho I was given a 3% raise). Now, I decided to look at my paystub from today, and I realized, I'm making even LESS this year than last (was given another 3% raise). The boss' wife does the payroll, and I'm just mortified to go have to tell her I never got my raise for a whole year.
