Bill and Giuliana Rancic surrogate has miscarriage

Read that their second-time surrogate has had a miscarriage.

She is the same woman who gave birth to their son, Duke, in 2012.

They said they would like to try again for a second child and the surrogate has agreed to it.

Not sure how many embryos these people have!

I have really mixed feelings about these 2!!

Oh, that's so sad. I'm sure it was hard on Giuliana and brought back bad memories. I hope all goes well with the next try. Duke needs a sibling to hang out with besides just grown ups.

I have misgivings about the whole surrogate/in vitro procedures.

There are many babies already here who need good homes.

I think SHE is obsessed and not in a good way with having more children. Why can't she just rejoice in having the blessed child they already have... rather than trying again and again and failing.... like JUST WHY They could adopt--- so many wonderful children need good parents... heck,adopt a few... seems like all that money and time could be better spent that is all....

It's sad - but they both come off a very shallow and obsessed with themselves.

They have the means to do whatever they want. It's their choice...

Why such negative reviews about such a great couple? They want another biological child - is that a problem? Their son Duke has a great life - and so will a 2nd child.

That's a shame. Sounds like they only ended up planting one of their two remaining embryos, so that's good. Hope it works out next time. Last I saw on the show, they were discussing to go with one or both and I couldn't remember who won out on that one.

That is why the Catholic Church is against surrogates...

I think it is somewhat icky...some people actually determine whether it is a boy or girl before implanting.

I would rather see doctors work on other projects.

Because it is unnatural...as a Catholic I know it is immoral...and it's selfish, IMO.

Every child i know who is an only child says that it is the very best all around. They should be happy with the child they have. some of us could not even have one.

I thought they only had 2 or 3 eggs left. Bill is a much more ""hands on"" parent than she is & I don't think she has any interest in adopting.

After they decide they have enough children then what happens to the remaining embryos? Are they just disposed of? That would be the same (IMO) as getting an abortion - maybe 2 or 3 or 4 depending on how many they have to dispose of.
