Before I Open This Email From QVC...

Did anyone else get an email from QVC with the subject line that says, "Reminder: Improvements to Your Account--Please Read."

Guess I'm being slightly paranoid but I hesitate to open anything unless I'm sure it's legit.

It is legit. It is the email some already received asking you to upgrade your PIN.

I did too Maggie that's why I was hesitant to open it but I guess it's OK.

I got the same email this afternoon. It's just a reminder to add a password to your account to sign in to the boards if you haven't already done so.

I never got an e-mail the prompt showed up one day when I signed on.

Never got the email - just a notice months ago when I went to log in to change my password. Some posters here had the same issue.

You can always mouse over the Sender in your email and it will show the sender's address, at least using Firefox and Outlook. Something I never knew.

That's one thing I use to be able to do Cakers but since I upgraded my Internet Explorer, that feature is no longer available. Boo!!

Ahhhh, it seems the Q Brass (sending out emails) is a bit "late" to the party.

I changed mine weeks ago, when I tried to sign in. Also, for a WEEK before that, there was a msg. on the forums to do so. How quickly THEY forgot!
