yes and I am glad that the Q took it seriously. Their email to me was also very nice too. They apologized that this was happening.

I know a bit about programming, it is my field, so once I saw that feature, I knew it was not good news and explained a lot. And the Q agreed with me

I didn't see that, tansy, but I would definitely believe it. S/H and tax always adds apprx. $10 more to a single order of mine.

This is true, and sometimes that $10+ exceeds the QVC price that they just "discounted!"

Makes no sense at all.

The could raise prices on items and then the complaint-du-jour would be that they did that. It's already happened on some items...the complaint, I mean.
