    <description>&lt;P&gt;truce&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;if you are upset about the insurance&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;and -- you went to an in network hospital.....&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;the insurance company needs to pay the doc as if he were in network and there is a 'global period' for procedures that would cover office visits.  For stitches -- I am betting the period is at least a couple weeks.  So that office visit would also be covered by the ER charge.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
