Are you logging in directly through Yahoo website, or are you using a mail program on your computer?

I use a mail program on my Mac and have 2 different yahoo accounts that I have download to that program. Yesterday, one of the accounts wouldn't connect. I went to the Yahoo site and tried to log in and it was requiring me to go through a "captcha" screen to access. Once I did that, my mail program could once again access the account.

Mine is working fine going directly through their website, but I believe they are upgrading all the mail accounts, but phasing it in, so some will temporarily have issues while others are working fine.

This latest upgrade is putting paid messages in my inbox that I can't even delete! Really annoying. Those messages thankfully don't come down using my mail program. It's really frustrating as Yahoo mail is the mail provider for my AT&T ISP.

I can't get in to my e-mail either. I too had those stupid ads at the top of my e-mail list. Can't delete them!

Gmail is the best I got rid of Yahoo yr. ago. Plays to many games.

I also had problems, had to log totally off, turn laptop off & re-log into it - I had wanted to remove a Spam message & couldn't; finally able to delete it.

These Yahoo login issues are increasing - I know it's free, but this is becoming really inconvenient. I still send photos via Yahoo as it is so much quicker than Comcast, but I hate the 100s of Spam I get daily so don't use it as often anymore.
