I have been watching for word from our friend, so far nothing. I wish there was another way available for us and the others who care to communicate. Hopefully there will be something posted in the next day or two and will last long enough for us to say welcome home to our friend. I hope she is okay and after the ordeal of her trip she can use some kind words and you are always there for her.

I am here now had to make a some phone calls. I just saw that thread that R&R started. I hope it lasts I want this lady to know that there are people who do care about her and not everyone on here has a perfect family. Oh Lindsays Grandma, I will never understand why it is so hard to be kind to some one instead of saying mean and hurt full words.

Thank you. I, too, wish there was a way to communicate with her without the constant poofing of posts. Too much negative, but there are those that do care.

Well R&R got to read some positive posts so that should make her feel better and cared about and lets be honest she is well aware of the ones who keep picking on her those names you never forget. Thank goodness she can relax and know she has posters who wish her well.

When I finished typing this thread and hit submit it came up on Viewpoints and right there was RRR's thread. This is the second time it has happened to me in a matter of a couple of days where the posts crossed one another. I was happy to see her thread because at least I knew she was okay. I am noticing all the posts that are being edited, who is doing that? I'm getting to the point where I am just about ready to stay off the boards, between the posters who get their fun by hurting people with words and the forum police taking down threads where there is no reason to, it takes away the fun and pleasure.

I am just wondering if QVC isn't doing that editing them selves. I know I have never edited someone posts.

Hello Cater..........it was nice to see positive posts. We all have feelings.....and everyone that posted kind things are so precious to me. I thank you and all........sometimes we get in a valley but honey I am crawling out of this one. I started a new life Sunday when I got on that plane.

I have not heard from them but that is fine. I don't expect to for a long long time. I am giving them their space and I am not calling. I told him I loved him and wanted the best for them.........my friend called me and she will be getting married soon and I am going to really miss her but she said she was doing dishes and decided she wanted to do a few things this summer while her boyfriend is away.......one is us going to a bed and breakfast and the rates during the week are very attractive like $50 a night so that would be $25 a person......I can afford that since I did not make the Galveston trip.......and she wants to go to another state a couple of hours away to shop.......I don't need anything but riding will be nice and just seeing things different and getting out of the home will be nice.

I know for me I need things to look forward to.

My brother called (one of my half brothers that is newly married and said for me to sell everything I have and put only what I could get in my car and get out of this horrible town......but I like my apartment and I like the things I have acquired piece by piece at garage sales and flea markets.......they are the things I like and I just can't sell everything but clothes and get out......anyway he said to go back to where we lived as a family and that town is deserted and so depressing........but he said I could see my other half brother and half sister several times a year since they have in laws in that town but what to do the other times? I hate that town for sure. Nothing good happened in that town and that is where my mom and step dad a buried so I don't want to go there.........I am going to find a way in therapy to like it here..........

I thought we could only edit our own posts. I would not want to edit someone else' post.

Hello Lindsays Grandma..........I will start looking to see about posts being edited......I just posted I was not aware this was happening and I sure don't know how someone could do that. I know they can ignore. Well, I am getting hungry and I am making a list of things to talk to my new therapist about.........I hope you have a great evening.

Hi R&R, glad to see you are doing pretty good today. You just have to take one day at a time. I think when you start your therapy it will help you. You will be able to bounce questions to your therapy doctor and it will just be the two of you talking to each other. Just know that there are people on here who are sincere about how they feel about you and they are the ones who want the best for you, and I am sure you know who they are. I even noticed posters whose names were not familiar who were sending good thoughts your way. Enjoy the rest of your day your going to be alright even if as Jean Bice from the Quacker Factory used to say " we will hold you up by your bra straps". I really miss that lady.

Hi Scottie, just trying to get my kitchen cleaned up from dinner or supper what ever you want to call it. I think I am going to have to turn the air on in here I think it got up to 89degrees today and it is very warm in this house. Glad to see R&R get us a message tonight and she seems to be doing good.
