I mentioned S_xy Beast on the film thread and it's on the Sundance Channel tonight. Great performance by Ben Kingsley.

I have never seen that one..I will have to look for it. I don't have Sundance. I do like Ben Kingsley.

Anybody have a current TV obsession? Mine is Resurrection. Despite it's title, it does not have a religious tone at all. It's turning out to be an intriguing mystery.

I haven't watched it because my last TV obsession was the French series it was based on: The Returned.

My obsession is usually exercise, and training for whatever events I have coming up.

I also like to hear about whatever fitness challenges anyone else has committed to. Running events, triathlons, Zumbathons? Does anyone have any fitness related vacations planned, that perhaps involve lots of hiking?

Bette, I'll never win any prizes, but signing up for races keeps me motivated to exercise regularly. I don't want to come in last!

That's great. Motivation is a beautiful thing.

My job involves walking on rough terrain, carrying about 20lbs in equipment. Lots of times I am on the outskirts of town and run into various critters.

Me too. I see both wild and domestic critters. Sometimes I am on construction sites and I see the wild ones (coons, fox, snakes, etc) and sometimes I am in peoples back yards. Lots of dogs, some cats, the occasional pot belly pig

it was really fun ---a women's league---a woman had to be 30 at least to play on our team---our 1st sponsor was Rolls Royce. ))))
