That's pretty much it in a nutshell. All the creditors have to eat it and they are free (for now) and clear to resume their crazy ways. SMH

Well that's just disgusting, isn't it? However, one little glimmer of hope - I'm 99.99% sure they'll both be sent to prison when they're sentenced July 8.

Hopefully TMZ jumped the gun and did not get the full story. It would make no sense that they do not have to pay back their creditors.

Don't know who these people are, but it is not the creditors that will eat it. It is other consumers that will pay for this bankruptcy (all bankruptcies truthfully) in higher prices and higher bank fees. Or it is a tax writeoff for the creditors, which again means everyone else picks up the tab.

Hi dmod. Is this a more reputable paper? TMZ is kinda like the enquirer in that they get some right and some wrong. I hope this article is right and they have to pay.

I heard this morning they have to pay 7500.00 to settle the bankruptcy costs, judges order.

If they only have to pay 7500.00 to discharge the debt why doesn't everybody do it???? Just go out and get yourself every bit of finery and houses you can find. Fancy Cars, clothes, jewelry etc etc etc. YOu dont' have to pay for it.

I have sympathy for people who go bankrupt for a variety of legitimiate reasons. These scammers should have to pay back every dime.
