Comedian John Pinette dead at 50

For any of you who enjoyed his comedy this is sad. Died of natural causes. I thought he was hilarious and he never found it necessary to resort to a stream of 4 letter words in his act.

He was on the finale of Seinfeld as the victim of the mugging where the gang did nothing. He was a good friend of Jerry's in real life.

I listened to him regularly on the comedy stations on Sirrus radio. The bits he did on eating in France and going down the water slide at a water park were laugh out loud funny.

That is sad for such a young man to die. I would think it was probably heart disease as he was very obese. Just my guess looking at pictures of him. Such a shame to die so young

He visited my local radio station several times and they played clips this morning. He was so darn funny!

Oh my gosh! I looked up this name and was so shocked. I have seen him on television comedy shows. He is absolutely Hilarious!!! ""GET OUT OF THE LINE!!"" is something we all say around here now. Will miss his comedy. So sad.

So sad. I loved his comedy; saw him perform this fall in fact. Have to say, he didn't look great. He had lost a lot of weight and had that drawn look that can sometimes happen when a person is middle aged and loses a ton of weight. Seemed a little breathless and sweaty too. (Heard he had heart and liver issues.)

he struggled a lot with weight and would do comedy bits about going to the gym and how many personal trainers would run away screaming

His Chinese buffet routine was hysterical. His famous line was ""You go NOW!!"" You can find it on youtube. He was so funny he made me roar. May he rest in peace.
