We have gone thru 4 different real estate agents and still have not sold it. We did get one offer a few yrs ago, which we declined and now our asking price is way below that.</P> <P> </P> <P>There is nothing major wrong with my house. It does need to have the carpeting replaced, but that should not be a deal breaker. I have 4 bedrooms, and 3 1/2 baths. Its a very nice house. We keep reducing the price and still nothing.</P> <P>Now I have to find yet another agent to list with after the holidays are over.</P> <P>I want this to person to be able to finally sell our house!! How do I go about finding someone who is a top seller? I think that is part of my problem, the agents that I have used were not the greatest.
