Let's go Tribe!!!!

Yay! Indians won their opening game 2-0 against the A's. I am ready for an exciting year here in Cleveland. We got closer last year, ready to go all the way in 2014. Home opener is April 4th against the Twins. Good luck to all this year, play ball!!

Cleveland born here. Always like to see them do well. DD is a Cards diehard and my Grandfather insisted the Reds were the only team. Makes them all fun for me and I'll never tell where my loyalty lies. LOL

I live in NY but the Indians are my team. We've been going to 6 or more games a year for the last 20 years. I even threw out the 1st pitch once & my sons have done it as well. I watch or listen to almost every game. I'm excited about this year!

Tribefan, that is cool you got to throw out the first pitch. I have been raised on the Tribe.I went to many home openers and try to go to lots of games during the summer. I was lucky enough to go the postseason game against Boston when Tony Pena hit the winning home run in 1995. My all time fav is Omar Vizquel. I have good feelings about this year!

Omar is my all time favorite too! I'm planning on going June 21st for his jersey & Hall of Fame induction day. He was always fun to watch. He also always signed autographs before the games- I have an autographed ball. He's the 1st base coach for the Tigers now. Would love to see him come back to Cleveland in the future.

We live about 90 miles south of Cleveland, and DH and I are die-hard Tribe fans! I love Nick Swisher, he's my fave right now. Also, I love Chief Wahoo! Not looking forward to the protests on opening day.

Swish is definitely in my Top 3 right now. Funny you mention Chief Wahoo- when my boys were little they each had a pet goldfish- Chief Wahoo & Slider.....
