It's sincerely appreciated. Companies are hiring from within. This job was not posted internally nor externally on their website. I had two friends working from the inside. One friend knows HR Supervisor, the other is friends with the hiring manager. Timing, these two people reaching out on my behalf about the same time made the difference. This hospital has not hired any LPN in years. They have a RN school and hire from those grads first. Most RN students have a signed contract to work at the Hospital after graduation in return for major assistance with tuition, books and in some cases a small stipend while in school. The hospital goal is to be 100% RN. This is the only hospital within about 60-75 miles from me. I honestly believe the sincere prayers from my friends here and in my real life made the difference. How else could the timing been so very perfect. Thank you again and let's continue to pray for all our friends seeking employment. I will continue to post here about how the job goes, one thing that will help is after orientation my shift will be 3-11, that's an additional $2.50 per hour! I'm thankful for every penny!
