    <description>&lt;P&gt;Every year doctors will be paid extra to discuss end of life plans with seniors.  So, will seniors who are sick feel pressure to think their life is no longer worthwhile and should not be extended, if the care will cost money? Afterall, the doctors keeps bringing up to them every year? &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I think it is awful. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
