I just turned in on that boomer guy is on unbelieveable. this is worse than the guy on anderson cooper who was obsessed with his car.

I have to add just said he was 48 and never been on a date.

Ok, These 'Furries' have their convention in Pittsburgh. The prevailing local thoughts are that a big part of the attraction is a sexual fetish. Creepy.

I attempted to watch this show but could not get past the first guest. It was just too ridiculous to give up an hour of my time! Unfreakingbelievable!

That is EXACTLY what is going on...I was once a social worker.

When I got a job in TV sales, we sometimes would have cartoon characters at car shows. Kids could come up and get their pictures taken with the character. I often roped my son into getting in the costumes.

We noticed that there were always some adult men, often accompanied by younger guys, who would want their picture taken with Scooby, or Picachu, or Patrick & SpongeBob. They would aski questions like "how does it feel to be inside a big furry costume?"

They would actually pinch my son's bum! After a while we could spot them pretty easily!

Weirdos!!!!

On the positive side, I think MOST of the people on Dr. Phil are ringers, who will do or say anything for a free trip to LA.

They are fake people on a fake reality show talking to a fake doc.

yes. I had to go downtown and they were everywhere.

He told that woman (with the bunny rabbits) that people who are obsessed with animals are retreating from something. She agreed - but didn't go any further.

Oh, and that guy's "ears"????? That's his own hair. He does it himself and also eats dog food from a bowl. Today was a freak show for sure.....

I would have to argue on the basis that there are a LOT of mean, out of control animals in this world - one being just yesterday I heard on the news about a rottweiler chewing a 2 year old face to pieces - not so nice- that poor little child. The dog's owner said the dog was "harmless". So many animal owners are in denial...and yes, I do believe people obsessed with their animals have issues.

very peculiar. The bunny lady was more "normal" IMO. She did go way overboard, but her bunnies were so cute all dressed up and in the stroller.

The dog guy was weird and disturbing. His whole story was tragic. I don't think he'll ever really be happy if he keeps on doing his dog life to the exclusion of other normal things a guy his age would be doing, like socializing, generating romantic interest with someone and maybe even ultimately finding someone to share his life with.

They all seem relatively normal happy people. I think it would be very tragic if someone targeted them for violence.

They seem like somewhere along the way they got hung-up on something and stopped growing after that,
