I'm really disgusted

...at the handling of the airplane disappearance and the Malaysian government, the airline and the press. I am particularly angry at dragging the names and reputations of the pilots through the mud based on no real evidence and a "story" that changes daily. Maybe there was something under handed but maybe there WAS NOT. They can't even get straight the timeline of what happened, when and how things shut down. Reading garbage threads here that make even more wild accusations from "unnamed sources" are making my blood boil.

End of rant.

I agree the press should not be speculating on what he may or may not have done.

But if there was a phone call from someone hiding their identity, I think it is fair to print that. Also if questioning of his wife has been prevented by Malaysian authorities, that is also fair to print.

I heard the husband of one of the passengers on MH370 say that he chose not to go to Malyasia to wait for news. He felt he was better off at home with family and friends. And he also said he did not listen to the constant news reports. He only read the official messages sent to him. A very wise man.

Frankly, I'm suspicious of anything coming out of Malaysia. Reports of unidentified phone calls, anything.

Me too. It could be nefarious or incompetence but either way it ain't good.

It is really disturbing..... SOMETHING happened, but what??? What can I do other than imagine... unless there is some kind of proof or evidence out there that shows where the plane is and how it got there. It's got to be a nightmare for all the people involved.

The Malaysian pilots were cleared by their government already. At least that is the news they released days ago. You can thank the US and foreign press for making them suspects. Nobody but news sources like cnn is running with the gossip.

It makes me mad the way they have drug the pilots through the mud with no evidence too. The families wants news of course, but there is no news, so they are angry. I am beginning to think they will never know.

IF they never find pieces of the plane, or the plane itself, or the black boxes (why are they called "black" boxes anyway, when they are orange?), we may NEVER know what really happened.

ITA bikerbabe. The Malaysian officials have a lot of info that they're not telling anyone, i.e., cockpit recordings, etc. Until they provide the families with all the info that they have..everything is moot, speculative, and a waste of time.

Well I can't imagine what the Malaysian authorities are 'waiting' for, the class action lawsuit is going to be massive, that's a given.......
