It's funny and definitely reminds me of many people who attempt to use technology but really have no idea what they're doing. The look on that poor lady's face as she looks back and forth at the two women is priceless!

Another good one is Larry. The gent sitting with his wife who talks about "not bothering to rewind DVDs before returning them. "As far as I'm concerned, that's the NEXT person's problem".

It's esurance. They have a series of them out that are countering the "saving 15% in 15 minutes" commercials of Geico's. Esurance is claiming they can sign a person up in 7 minutes with a 7% savings (I think).

The point is that Esurance is for the technologically savvy person and Geico is for, well, less-savvy person.
