There is something wrong with this website...

I can use it with my Mac desktop but not my iPad. I think they are aware but haven't fixed it yet. No emoticons and very small print.

Yes there is certainly something wrong with the site. There have been numerous threads complaining about this but nothing has been done. I am on a laptop with Firefox, and every time I click on a thread I get a message at the top of the screen that there is a problem with this page and it's not responding, but the page loads in a few seconds.

When I tried Chrome, I got no message but each thread takes about 3 minutes to load.

It's very slow. I get a ""long-running script"" message.

Off topic, but I have to rant a bit about the computer world period. I have a MacBook Pro and keep it updated, seems every time I update it affects something. For a while I couldn't view the product videos here, then I could. After most recent software update I loaded, I cannot watch videos here anymore. I am no computer rocket scientist and it aggravates me when this happens.

I don't know why QVC doesn't fix their entire website, it's a mess. Even the ordering section is often seriously problematic, and that costs them money.

If they think of this mess as saving money, they're shooting themselves in the foot.

Totally agree. Q should cough up some dollars to get a tech company that knows what its doing instead of using their customers as beta testers.

Same here. I complained to CS about it, but they tell me it's my computer. I think it is their website.

I'm using my iPad but it's slow. For a place that sells so many electronic devices, their system is primitive. Several times I've tried to place an order only to be told the system is not operating.
