Do you remember the veg o matic that came out years ago? It looks like the same design . I watched the show and had to laugh at all the women calling in like teenage girls in love with Curtis. There was one lady who couldn't stop laughing she was going on and on about how she loves Curtis.

They mentioned that it sold out last spring or whenever it was on yet they changed item numbers so you couldn't read reviews.

Jannabelle, I really liked that show,too. He seems like a fun guy. Didn't buy the Chop Chop, but was tempted.

My kitchen is so tiny when he got to my house he would say forget it and order take out.

My thoughts are that it's easier to just use a knife. Even with 20 years of arthritis under my belt, so to speak, I'd rather just use a knife.

I suppose if you're cooking for the school cafeteria or something it could be handy. They always crack me up with gadgets like this. They act like you're going to die if you just cut it with a knife, so you absolutely MUST have this. You need it. You really really do.

The product is junk. I used it once & returned it. After I washed it, the drawer wouldn't go back into the base unit.

I bought 2, one for me one for my daughter. We've both been using it daily since it arrived and are very pleased with it.

I'm thrilled some of you so proficient with a knife that you can chop up everything lickety-split, I'm not. I appreciate having this simple appliance (that was much cheaper than a high-end knife by the way) that makes my chopping quick, but also gives me uniform sizes that look great and cook up well.
