So I get this new Discover card with a new pin on the back and expiration date due to the Target issue and sure enough, e-mail from the fraud dept today telling me there was suspicious activity on my card.

Called, 3 grocery store purchases with a real card in Austin TX, and the 4th one didn't go through.

Unreal, then the gal said the old card was probably used, I said how can that be since it stated once the new card was activated (which I did a week ago) the old card was voided out...guess what? it wasn't.

Another instance where someone didn't think.

I'm so losing my confidence in Discover, after I received the e-mail this afternoon to call the fraud department, I received a voice mail at home and another call this evening about the same thing!

I told the gentleman that it was taken care of, he looked and said "yes".

We also had issues with our Discover card and kept on being contacted by the fraud department and communicated with them via email and phone. It went on for about two weeks. It was very frustrating!

When Discover discontinued their Discover To Go card, I discontinued using Discover. I liked that To Go thing that fit on my key chain so I could just take my keys and always had a CC with me.

There are human errors all over the place. You have to check and double everything.
