You should be wearing a shoe that supports your foot and makes it stable. take it from someone who learned the hard way - you don't want to end up having to wear an ankle brace (i did for 3 years) or have to have major surgery and be in a wheelchair for 5 months - i also ended up with that. Buy yourself a good pair of new Balance antipronation shoes.
