    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Brodie &amp;amp; Anika's Dog Biscuits&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;3/4 cup corn meal&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup low-fat milk  (or you can use powdered milk)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup oatmeal&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 teas. garlic&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 teas. parsley&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;2 tbsp. brown sugar&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup margarine&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1 egg (beaten)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;1/2 cup ice water&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Directions:  Mix dry ingredients.  Cut in margarine.  Mix water and egg, add to dry ingredients.  Spray cookie sheet with Pam.  Form mixture into balls.  Place on cookie sheet and flatten with a glass.  Bake for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.  Store in airtight container.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Brodie and Anika love these treats.  I cut them into 4 or more pieces.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;~~~~~  Note:   I thought since many posters are sharing their people recipes, I would share this one for your canine friends.  It's easy to make and I'm sure your dogs will love it.
