Do you think most vendors read the boards?

I was reading a very amusing article today about jewelry designer Robert Lee Morris' impression of the posters on the jewelry board after his presentation. He said, “The voices on the qvc Jewelry forum are sheer hatred and evil.” What do you think, do the vendors curse our names? Do you think they read enough to recognize certain posters?

I think vendors do cruise thru the boards to see what is being said. most probably just skim the articles.

Yes. When someone goes on and on about a vendor like they are a movie star or who takes it personally if you say, "that shirt was an ugly print."

QVC doesn't listen to it's customers. The thread thin gold wrapped around semi-semi precious stones for $$$ is ridiculous.

When on line retailers were lowering their s/p , QVC didn't.

The stoooooopid red carpet shows, location settings, getting rid of popular vendors is horrible.

And WHO is the shoe buyer???????? YUK!

And where is the 'fashion' in the clothing?

You tell them MGM!!!!! The shipping policy is ridiculous. If I order four items at once, they should be shipped together and the packaging savings should be passed onto ME the consumer. But what do I know, I'm just a dumb customer.

The vendors and QVC management should have someone reading these boards and pass on suggestions/comments that are made by many shoppers. I think that was rude of Robert Lee Morris. Those that purchase make or break these companies/vendors.

I have never cared for Robert Lee Morris. He comes across as very smug and uppity ,like his work is so special. For his made in China arts and craft, he should not act so smug.

Definitely. One would think these boards are priceless for market research. And it was not only "rude" of him, it was dumb to alienate buyers like that. Oh dear, maybe I should have posted this under a pseudo name to protect myself? PurpleBunnyInAWig.
