24 hours of gardening

how about 4 hours..... but 24? I can not imagine many people could sit through 24 hours. Personally I would buy locally my plants and garden supplies. None of the prices QVC is offering sound better than my local nursery prices and buying local helps the economy here. At least if you pick out the plants yourself you know when you get them home they are healthy... mailing a plant UPS in a box just sounds wrong.

Agreed. I don't watch 24 hours of anything on the Q but I like some of the gardening ideas. I totally don't have a green thumb, but it's nice to get some tips for what I can do come spring. Besides, I'm so sick of looking at snow and brown grass, it's fun to see some colorful flowers.

There's really no program that I enjoy for 24 hours. I agree that I also tune in from time to time to get ideas. The Bliss lights still have my attention. Not buying, just my attention. I also think the TSV is very pretty. Would love two of them. Again not buying, but think they're very pretty.

I think 4 to 8 hours on any subject is sufficient really. I wish the Q would think about this.

I wouldn't mind the 24 hour show if it didn't consist of about the same dozen items over and over again. What happened to presenting new products? The same stuff as last year. It's going to be a long gardening season on QVC.

I don't mind at all. It's better than hosts in white jeans and sandals selling summer clothes.....in the middle of winter, during a,blizzard. What is it with Q and white jeans? Some host was on in the wee hours in a wrinkled pair that was too long and a size too small. She looked awful! And silly.

I only order from local nurseries and sometimes get bulbs from White Flower Farm.

I am looking out my window currently it is snowing on top of the 2 feet of snow we already have. No way am I interested in gardening.

true millie..although I don't even care what their programming is...doesn't affect me whatsoever. my time is limited ...I watch news/weather and spend time online.

That's right...it's the same stuff over and over all day long. Same flowers, same solar-lighted creepy looking gnomes and animals, that stupid chair that contorts in all sorts of ways, the wind up hose, the fireman nozzle and umbrellas.
