I've tried to watch her; I've tried to listen to her, but I just can't do it. It's really annoying because she seems to host a lot of the shows I'm interested in and would like to watch. I can't stand her smurf voice and laugh. And she's too, "Gosh, gee, willikers!." It comes across as phony. On lots of occasions the camera cuts away and then quickly goes back to her and catches her with a scowl on her face or a slanty eyed side look. When she realizes the camera is on her, she is suddenly all smiles and belches out that fake smurf siren-like laugh. The network should test these people for voice appeal before they hire anyone as a host.

I find her delightful and genuine. I watch when I'm interested in the products, so the host doesn't matter so much. They're all pretty good and blend in as far as I'm concerned. IMO you're really making it personal and being unfair to Amy.

I love Amy. She seems entirely genuine to me and she's as cute as a bug in a rug.

When I first started watching her I admit it was between the fingers on my hand...like oh my. I now enjoy her quirkiness.

Amy is a lot like Susan Graver.... just a overly zealous happy go lucky type of person that just wears you out after a few minutes of it. It is probably healthy to be this way for them at the downside of wearing down the listener. The constant babble and chatter... that NEVER TURNS OFF. Amy has to explain EVERYTHING she does... at every moment of every second. SHE IS JUST ABOUT SO SWEET IT CAUSES DIABETIC COMMA TO OCCUR WITH THE LISTENER......

I actually like Amy. I think all hosts are ""fakey"" most of the time! I think Antoinette is ""real"" and Leah Williams.

I like Amy but ever since she got pregnant she has becoming annoying. Some women get so preoccupied that that is all they talk about. I have been changing the channel lately when she comes on.

Now that you mention it, I also like Leah and enjoy her AM show on Saturday. She has a very pleasant natural style.
