My Keurig mini brewer I got from QVC a TSV DIED this morning. Power button on but no brew button on. So I called Keurig customer service & the lady Olivia , offered me an upgrade. I'm getting a new B45 Elite for $77.99 + K-cups & free S&H. It's coming 3-7 days Fed Ex. In the mean time, I'm Digging out my old Mr. Coffee. BTW my old Keurig was 5 years old.

That's great! That machine is normally $119 with 12 variety K-cups and doesn't include S&H. I'm really impressed they were willing to give you a break like that after a 5 year-old machine broke. Good to know they care about their customers. I hope you enjoy your new machine.

A couple of years ago my Platinum brewer died after 17 months and although they did not replace it free, they did replace it with another platinum which is usually 179 for 79. That was a huge discount. Now I have 2 platinum's because last year "donut shop" coffee was having a "caption this" contest and I won first prize for one of the weeks qnd ended up winning a platinum brewer, 24 donut shop k-cups and a donut shop coffee mug. I love the fact that I won it on my own merit instead of a random drawing, made me feel really good about myself that my caption won first place.

That's fantastic that they offered you a great deal like that on a five year old brewer. Kudos to them no doubt!

I wanted the black mini Keurig that was on Wednesday for 79.99 and on easy pay. They were sold out of black and there wasn't a wait list either. I found the exact same one on sale at Target in black for 79.99 so I bought it. No easy pay but at least I have my Keurig.
