I need your help

I'm about to lose it. Amazon. They messed up and mixed up my orders. I keep asking Alexa for a phone number or a live chat. After about twenty minutes back and forth, I still don't have either! Does anyone here have a phone number or a live chat?

OMgosh, thanks guys. I don't know where you found them but I'll try them both. I'll be waiting till no one is home so I can concentrate, lol. It really has upset me and to have no one to help is a real bummer.

I thought had Live Chat bookmarked - but checking it now, it says URL Has Expired. It's so had to get to Live Chat or a person these days with them. I thought I figured it out, now it's a "delete"

I always use the live chat, go into your Account & Lists, your orders, then click on the item you need assistance with, I always get a good prompt resolution to my inquiries.

@Judaline it is beyond frustrating. I feel your frustration, I really do!!!! They don't list phone number easily on their site anymore. In fact can anyone here reading this let me know if they list it, and where???. I for one need to talk to a real CS rep when I have had to call (it's not often) used to be easy, clicked your order, and a few more clicks ...and it gave you the number. They even had an option, for them to call you right back. It was great. No more. While back had to do a search for number, now I keep it in my contact list. First time took me 36 minutes to find phone number. They don't have the service they used to,at all. Everything is going the way of automatic, AI, and that doesn't always help. Good luck!

Agreed, I made a note of all the numbers posted here , like you said, cant hurt. You never know when they can disconnect them.

But how did you GET to the live chat. I wanted that, too, but couldn't find it and Alexa wouldn't tell me, either.
