Just saw a pop- up on Q that said " Easy pay is subject to QVC approval." I never saw that before. Do you suppose that some customers are overusing easy pay?

There are customers who've failed to make payments or are tardy. They would be on a naughty list.

@chessylady This policy should have always been in place . I imagine it's been abused.

If you fail to pay the easy payments, you are not permitted to purchase. Some have probably over extended themselves and fallen into a hole on their credit cards. Most of the easy pays have fallen to two, so it makes your payments higher.

That policy has been in place for many years. I've seen posts where easy pay has been declined for higher priced items like computers.

I've heard of that pop up on a higher priced item @chessylady .
