Apparently we will now be subjected to "textamonials" every chance they get. Am I the only one that finds them incredibly annoying? The only thing more maddening than hearing what people are saying on Facebook is now having to listen to the host read them aloud. For the love of God, take the phones away. Please, just tell us about the merchandise. Tho that ship sailed long ago. And yes, I know I can change the channel. And will. But I can't be the only one.....?

The calls, especially during the Kim Gravel shows, are the worst. These textamonials are a big waste of viewers time.

Can't stand the phone calls and the Text timonials are well screened to being all loving all the Hosts & buying 5 pairs of something.

Short texts are better than long phone calls.

honestly, (even back in the day) there was never one testimonial,ever ..that made me want to buy anything. I think they can sell more without putting viewers thru torture. If hosts would only spend more time zeroing in on the product, and actually defining facts and poring over item, it would help. I think testimonials, or textimonials are just break time for the hosts. A breather. Host can sit, relax, nod their head up and down approvingly and mutter, yes, yes,definitely, for sure , ohhh you're too kind, and I agree.!!! Many of the calls are sycophants worshiping the host or QVC, or condescending, fruitless jibber jabber. Their so called testimonials wind up being more of a personal nature than informative.

100% agree. 80% of Qs shows havr become annoying, mostly by the hosts. In less than 2 minutes I muted Jane Tracy, then her antics were too much. Just changed the channel

@dodies. I agree, I'm already tired of the gushing and lavish praise. Producer is probably writing those things as fast as he/she can type. They all sound the same.

When I heard about the "textamonials" I thought it would be better than the phone calls, but now that I've seen the hosts reading from the phone, it is just silly and needs to stop.

If they want to continue with textamonials, QVC should:

-limit each text to a maximum of two sentences.

-scroll texts at the bottom of the screen.

-limit the total number of texts per product to 5.

-scroll texts during the mid point of the presentation.

-do not scroll texts on every product but limit to TSV's, Big Deals, and OTO products.

-and finally, a little goes a long way.

Another sales ploy. Seems to me they're only reading the texts that are beneficial to their bottom line. Reviews weren't enough I guess.
