Pat is taking vacation time off, noted on her social media.

She has a big "Mother of the Bride" show on May 10th!

Wondering if the hosts are taking advantage of being able to use their vaca time now, in light of the Chapter 11 situation. Still think the hammer will fall and there will be many early retirements, buy outs and otherwise layoffs

There's no problem with wondering about hosts. It's quite understandable to wonder about someone you view on a regular basis; it's normal and human.

Why do some posters care if other posters care; never understood that...odd

@wagirl Yes, I noticed that Leah has been gone for quite awhile, as well.

I know when I retired, I had a tremendous amount of vacation time I saved up during the years that I was compensated for when I left.

@pdlinda Leah was gone only one week, on vacation. She was back today.

Glad Leah's back from her well-deserved. I watch her Friday, Saturday and Monday shows. Always look forward to seeing her.

I doubt they will make any employment changes with the reorg. They need to decide on the right strategy before they do any layoffs or anything like that. A host's vacation is their vacation--take it now or get paid later. I doubt they're worried about the chapter 11 affecting their vacations

Exactly. If terminated they will receive payment for earned, accrued paid vacation days.

New host Avijah was out for about a month as well. But I see she’s back n the schedule on QVC 2 this week.
