Shoe sizes

I was watching the Sketchers presentation yesterday. And the rep and host, Amy, were chatting endlessly and did not state the sizes or widths of the shoes. This is important to the customer ladies. Less talk and more information please.

Honestly @Val4 I'm not sure what information you wanted. Shoes are pretty standard, 6, 6 1/2, 7, 7 1/2, etc and usually medium width with some in Narrow and Wide. They never measure a shoe.

A lot of information is found under the item description. It will also state if the shoe is true to size or runs big or small. Most importantly, you will see what sizes and colors are available. Plus, many reviews I find very helpful.

If you are truly interested in any item I highly recommend going online to check the information. It's easier than logging on to this forum and starting a post.

I have heard mention of the width sometimes and they will say the high and low sizes. Not sure exactly what your question covers? Don't think a recitation of 6 regular, 6 wide, 6 narrow .... would be useful.

I agree. Its frustrating to watch the chat about where to wear what shoe and wait to hear if the come in wide width etc. and it never comes. HSN is the worst at this, the Q will show sizes and widths along the bottom of the screen.

I would also want that information on the shoes themselves, product info is more important than chit chat.

And shoes are particularly difficult to fit, it's not like ordering a tee shirt or a sweater.

Seems to me they focus on the colors which half the Hosts have to repeat 20 times. QVC or the Reps need to get say at the beginning as to if a shoe/boot comes in wide width or narrow or just medium widths.

The Vince Camuto Rep is great abt giving that info ,however the QVC Hosts interrupt the Reps or only allow them a few minutes to speak . Customers are forced to look online abt sizing widths or if a item comes in size 10 or 11.

Some of us are not online all day long .

It appears that QVC has become a talk channel instead of a shopping channel. Some hosts are more aggressive than others.

I have found that skechers run true to size.

Not for me. I normally buy Rykas because they have more toe room. Skechers are tight on the top of my foot.

They don't run true to size for me, either..

I just got a pair that I have to return as they're too big,

and I'm exchanging for a smaller size.

This is going to take a long while.

There's a lot of information to be given about a shoe.
