Perhaps when they cut that flowery language bs cr#p&amp;nbsp;and speak and present items directly they may attract more customers, or at least stop driving away the ones they have.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I think the catch is that As Is items are listed under a different item number from the original.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Mention there isn't anywhere you see where AS IS is excluded from price drop. QVC responds to all complaints through BBB. &amp;nbsp;It may take time. I might be angry enough bout it to do it nd wait. Not care so much about the money as the principal every complaint at the BBB does get businesses attention they don't want to mess with their rating.
