Lee Sands Eelskin Ladies Wallets

He was on in the wee hours this morning while I was sleeping. I wondered if anyone saw the show & whether he mentioned bringing ladies eelskin wallets back. I know there are some on E Bay but not what I want. Wondering if he's giving up eelskin & trending more roward fashion jewelry or maybe retiring. I've had my wallet for 20 years & even though it's showing wear, I'm spoiled with eelskin & don't want anything else.

he wasn't here today..couldn't get his plane started...so he did the show on the phone talking to the host...

I hope he doesn't discontinue his Eelskin wallets. I have one of his wallets in turquoise purchased many years ago and it is still like new. They wear very well. 5 stars from me. I change wallets at times but still use Lee's wallet in summer.

His eelskin items are so pretty--and tough! I have a small bright pink zippered pouch that I've been using for at least ten years. It's in perfect condition.

Think I'll check out ebay to get another piece to add to my small collection!

Back in the day, the wallets were eelskin on the outside and leather on the inside. Then they became eelskin on the outside and PVC on the inside. Also, those nylon zippers can separate if you over stuff your wallet.

Granted, you can't kill the eelskin, but the wallets have other issues.
