@Bonkers1 - many years ago I purchased a large set of assorted Korean skincare sheet masks. They were fun when I felt like pampering myself with a facial and a lounging bath. The masks felt good and mayb3 added a little extra hydration but zero other benefits.

@Imaoldhippie - the mask itself can be made from different materials; cotton, cellulose, silicone, a paper fiber material. The masks are soaked in assorted skincare ingredients and applied to the face where you leave them on for several minutes to supposedly work their magic. Really, they just add some temporary surface hydration. Premade masks come in single pouches at beauty stores, Amazon, or TJMaxx & Marshalls, but they can be DIY too.
