      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to go into your account and review each purchase.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes purchases are considered ineligible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can send a disagreement and they usually explain why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As noted, checks are sent quarterly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've had issues with Rakuten and the Q. I don't use the "extension" or the Rakuten app.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Review yoyr shopping trips and match them up with purchases you made.&amp;nbsp; You have to cut and paste order totals in Rakuten "missing cash back". Rakuten will credit the correct %.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I have pending cash back for Bloomies and Omaha Steaks from Black Friday. It's usally 90 days to remove pending.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I did see you can now get your available cash back on a egift card instead of waiting for a check.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Speaking of Rakuten, does anyone use it in stores, Rakuten is the only rebate site that I know of and use that also has its benefits in store shopping, you have to check off the stores you shop in listed on their site and provide the CC you frequently use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To submit a Help request, you need:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" size="3"&gt;Your email confirm with the subtotal sum (you will need to paste it into the Help request)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" size="3"&gt;Your order number&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" size="3"&gt;Takes time &amp;amp; persistence, but it is your money.       <description>I had issues with Rakuten awhile back. In the past, I would just shop through the app and I would eventually get a check. I never had to do anything. Then I stopped getting the notices that I had money coming. A bunch of my purchases were not showing up. I went on their website and had to manually add the order numbers from QVC. I eventually got paid for those and it has been fine ever since. No idea what happened to cause the disruption.</description>
