Many&amp;nbsp; posters on these boards are complaining&amp;nbsp; abt Hosts and Reps&amp;nbsp;being so loud and raucous. So, is she&amp;nbsp; telling us that's how it's going to be&amp;nbsp; when she's on ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;( Edit - it was on the Brands we Love show 1/31/26 )&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry that the volume of her voice does not matter to me. &amp;nbsp;I watch the videos on my iPad for products that interest me. The QVC audio no longer works on the videos on newer iPads -- and there is no word from QVC&amp;nbsp;as to whether they are even addressing this issue despite numerous reports and complaints about it on these Forums. One CS rep whom I spoke with had not&amp;nbsp;even heard of the issue. I sent an email to the Social Team today and have not heard back yet. &amp;nbsp;So........ today I did not make two purchases as I missed critical info available on the video but not, otherwise, on line.&amp;nbsp;These dings are not helping the ailing bottom line at QVC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;To me, stating viewers should turn down the volume indicates an awareness that many viewers find the sound level unappealing. Rather than correct a behavior that turns viewers, potential customers away instead the irritating behavior is acknowledged and continues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To me, it shows a lack of respect. To me, it's just one more indicator why this company is floundering. Just one more indicator on why viewership is down. Just one more indicator on why sales are down. It's shown in each downward quarterly report.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Perhaps when the pink slips start flying, and the company goes under, when there's no longer a reason to turn the volume down; perhaps then people can reflect on their part of this company's outcome.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;To me, for the past few years several host have been in need of behavior modification, regardless if it's on their part, the producers, or PTB.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I started with QVC IN 1987. &amp;nbsp;I look now and wonder if anyone in management watches the shows. Seriously. I know, even gleaning from Kathy Levine old book on QVC, they used to be given weekly meetings, daily meetings on products. They had to know all info on products, how they worked, everything by heart. They had a cue card with one or two notes that's it. All shows done from knowledge.Also, they dressed professionally. &amp;nbsp;Today I see some hosts and they are dressed for a camping trip, or the gym. &amp;nbsp;They read from,long lists, don't know product. &amp;nbsp;So they talk about everything else. It's like a chat room with merchandise. &amp;nbsp;The worst part is, many other employers who do not broadcast live on National TV, would call their hosts, employees in and tell them to correct behavior, or clothing.
