WHAT'S YOU FAVORITE REBATE SITE?

When they first came out, I tried several.

Various pros and cons.

Rather than have my purchases scattered around, I have been using TopCashBack exclusively, but I'm changing.

So ... currently .... what's your favorite rebate site ... and why?

Topcashback and Retailmenot--they both tend to pay the highest percentage.

I used to use several, then decided I want to keep 'all my eggs in one basket". I narrowed it down to Mr Rebates. They've never messed up by not granting the rebate. Payment is by PayPal, Amazon coupon code, or paper check in the mail. I like getting the check in the mail the old fashioned way.

I used to use Mr Rebates but at some point, had too many problems getting HSN rebates, so I switched to Top Cash Back. They generally offer higher rebates and periodically offer an extra $2.50 with a $15 purchase.

I use Rakuten almost exclusively. I have used Mr Rebates and have money in the account, but can't figure out how to get it....?

Rakuten sends me a check quarterly. Lots of times they offer a gift card in the exact amount of my refund. Doesn't have to be in increments of $25 or $50, can be an 'off' amount like $157.33 as an example.

i use topcashback probably the most.

second in line is mr rebates. it amazes me to see how much cash i have gotten back since i began with mr rebates. someone here gave me their referral link back when links were fine to post.

i also use retailmenot, extrabux, and rakuten.

what am i missing?

@Tinkrbl44 I like MrRebates best. It was my first and it is easy and reliable. And I can get Amazon gift cards. If Amazon gift cards are not a payment option, I lose interest.

I don't know how much money I've gotten back from MrR but I've gotten quite a bit back from Ibotta, my second favorite.

I use these two because I don't have problems getting paid. There are a few sites that offer bigger rebates but, if they don't work, they aren't worth anything to me. After a few tried but no rebate events and never once getting a rebate to go through, I stopped trying. It's a rebate; not something I want to get upset and stressed about.

I've used mrrebates for several years and like that they are consistent and send an email usually in less than a day regarding the cash back you get from using a site. I like being sent a paper check too. It does have to be $10 or more.

I used rakutan when it was ebates but I always had a problem having them give credit when a site was used. When I showed them order nos and everything they asked to prove a purchase over and over I thought it's not at all worth it.

I looked at topcash back, befrugal and others and just decided to stick with mrebates, even though they don't have the highest cash back.

Why are you changing from topcashback?

I find that Mr Rebates doesn't shop where I shop. If I go there I usually end up going back to Topcash for the store I want.

I've used Mr. Rebates exclusively for over 10 years and get my deposits in PayPal like clockwork. I've collected about $7700.

They don't pay the highest percentage but they're dependable and I never have to call them.

My fave varies as to who is offering the largest percentage at the time of my purchase, I want the biggest bang for my buck ! So, I will use Mr Rebates, Extrabux, RetailMeNot, Rakuten, Be Frugal or Top Cashback depending on the day. Some sites offer one day specials like this Wed was 20% back from Rakuten from IHerb, a huge incentive for ordering. Some like Be Frugal and Top Cashback will sometimes offer extra bonus amounts like an extra $2.50 to $5 another big incentive on that day. As far as their CS, I find them all to be about the same. Some offer Highest Rate Guarantee, but I never fool with that.

@Lucky Charm. Every month when I have an eligible refund, Mr. Rebates sends me an email shortly before the end of the month asking how i want to receive it. I select an option and the first day of the next month the payment is available.

@Kachina624 Thank you. I have been using the app and did not see the lifetime amount there. I went to the site and found it easily.

This does not make me want to shop in stores at all. lol

I use Topcashback mostly and get my rebates deposited quickly. I also use Rakitan. When I logged into QVC today Topcashback is offering 20% cashback. I haven't purchased anything yet but I will be shopping !

Did you read the fine print, the 20% is for NEW customers only, existing ones get 8%.
