That is who you need to contact. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;There is a house 1 street over with the same house number as mine. Occasionally, UPS delivered packages to them. I talked to UPS and to my regular driver who put special notes in their records. I haven't had a problem since.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Amazon Oops - Updated</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I know I need to reach out to Amazon, and I will tomorrow. &amp;nbsp;I just don't have the time right now as we're leaving the house shortly. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I have a dilemma. &amp;nbsp;I had an Amazon order that I was waiting for today. I checked for updates often. &amp;nbsp;When I saw it was delivered my heart sank. &amp;nbsp;Then I got perturbed. &amp;nbsp;The delivery picture was NOT our front porch and I didn't know whose porch it was. &amp;nbsp; I was annoyed because I was waiting on the second (replacement) shipment of ribbon to wrap a birthday gift for tonight. &amp;nbsp;The first one could be in Timbuktu for all I know, but then the replacement didn't make it here either?!. &amp;nbsp;I went through the steps online, then talked with an agent and Amazon refunded. &amp;nbsp;Just to try one last thing, I forwarded the picture to DH and he drove around the neighborhood looking for a match. &amp;nbsp;He ended up finding the house and the package was still there on the porch. The homeowner was being a stickler but eventually relented and gave DH the package. &amp;nbsp;I was able to make the gift look nice. &amp;nbsp;Yay!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;But...I ended up with the merchandise and the refund so that isn't right. &amp;nbsp;Can I contact Amazon tomorrow and have them reprocess the charge? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Of course you can contact them tomorrow. My guess is that if you get someone really nice they will just tell you to forget being recharged and so sorry you were inconvenienced like you were. It sounds like it was a small amount.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I received notification that my item was refunded since I initiated the return.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I never initiated a return, I still have my item and the money was refunded to my account.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I tried to reach out but couldn't find a phone number.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Good luck getting in touch with a live person.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the experience of a misdelivered package by Amazon at least several times in my townhouse community. With one exception, the packages were re-delivered to me by the various kind neighbors who inadvertently received them. On the one occasion when I did not receive a likely misdelivered package, Amazon &amp;nbsp;cheerfully and quickly re-sent the item.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I once noticed a credit on my statement which should have gone to someone else. I reported this to Amazon, and they thanked me for reporting the error and told me to pay the billl as was received, including the erroneous credit. The credit was far from chump change. &amp;nbsp;Experiences like that have kept me as a 100% loyal and frequent Amazon customer. Except for the Q, I seldom order from anyone else.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'm sure Amazon will say keep it, but I would still call. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Two years ago, I had a similar situation with EBay. &amp;nbsp;Never got a delivery, after two-three weeks after the ship date, I requested a refund. &amp;nbsp;Well, about 5 more weeks go by, and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;the package finally arrived.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I contacted eBay, saying I want to repay the refund. &amp;nbsp;They said to contact the seller, I did. &amp;nbsp;Weeks no answer. &amp;nbsp;I donated that amount to one of my charities. &amp;nbsp;eBay said they couldn't recharge it. &amp;nbsp;It was $60. &amp;nbsp;I just wanted to do the right thing. &amp;nbsp;One and only time I did not get a shipment when expected. &amp;nbsp;Was just weird it did show up almost 8 weeks after purchase date. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would definitely contact Amazon about reprocessing the charge.&amp;nbsp; Then it's up to them.&amp;nbsp; If they do, you'll have only paid what you were supposed to.&amp;nbsp; If they don't, at least you've been honest about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a refund from QVC over a year ago for an order that hadn't appeared after 3 weeks (seemed to be stalled in transit somewhere).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;About a week or so later, the package arrived in perfect condition (and in time for the Christmas gift it was intended as).&amp;nbsp; I notified QVC and they reprocessed the charge and thanked me for letting them know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd rather be upfront about these things.&amp;nbsp; "Do unto others..."&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And, these are a little expensive. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I called them and told them about the error and that I would be glad to pay for the additional supply. The CS guy was so nice. He immediately told me that it was their error and my lucky day. He refused to charge me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;This is what often happens, if the error is due to the sender. But, if it was the delivery service making the error, it's really not the sender's fault. So, I'd call Ammy and let them know. They'll probably say it's fine and refund is not necessary, but you'll feel better.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Right before the holidays I had two things to return to Amazon. I went online and filled out the info. They emailed me a QR code (1) which covered both items. They processed a refund the next day for both items. A few days after Christmas I got a strange email from them. They said 1 of the items they reimbursed me for was not returned to them. They also said they received 2 orders back from me that I didn't order! I guess UPS messed up somewhere. I have my receipt for what I dropped off. They are saying I will be charged if I don't return the item I was refunded for. What a mess! On my order page it says the item is in transit. Hope they don't charge me because I dropped it off at UPS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think my two returns were not,packed together at UPS or someone at UPS stole the item and didn't return it to Amazon, it was a book.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The homeowner was being a stickler but eventually relented and gave DH the package. &amp;nbsp;I was able to make the gift look nice. &amp;nbsp;Yay!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="georgia,palatino" size="4" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;But...I ended up with the merchandise and the refund so that isn't right. &amp;nbsp;Can I contact Amazon tomorrow and have them reprocess the charge? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;May I ask how you ever spoke with someone? I had a weird thing happen and cannot speak with anyone. My problem doesn't fit any of the categories they list on the website. &amp;nbsp;The only phone number I found is a recording.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call the number I posted, and if nothing works for you on the prompts, just hit 0, you will also have an option for someone to call you back instead of holding, I have done that too, never had a problem getting a live person.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
