I ordered the Apple Ipad on 12/14 and today got a notice that it won't be delivered until 12/26. They said it would be here by the 24th. Anyone else going to get it delivered the day after Christmas. I called CS and she said I have to call UPS to have it delivered before Christmas. I told her that's QVCs responsibility.

That is a bummer. This would be a good opportunity to utilize that tip a poster gave: print out a picture of the iPad and frame it or put it in a card or box and wrap it and give it to them with the explanation of the delay and when to expect it and love and kisses.⛄️

In my work I have the ability to create and print out cards for friends when they need a favor. I recently did cards for a friend who ordered her boys socks that would not be delivered until after the holiday...so the suggestion to print something out is a good idea...her cards turned out great!! In my opinion, lol!!

@kismet I hope you still get it in time. QVC should really take responsibility for this! Spending all that money with a delivery guarantee shouldn't cause you stress like this.

I have been stalking tracking for the packages I need by the 24th. I was expecting a Federal Express package today and received a email this morning saing that it wouldn't be here until tomorrow. It delivered this afternoon. Right on schedule. There is still time for a Christmas miracle, which I am wishing for you.

@kismet How disappointing. However , we have several IPads, Apple Watch and a couple Mac's. We always order from apple direct. It comes in 2 days as a rule. Not only that better carrier. UPS is sort of broken at this point. Nothing they deliver on time. Except overnight delivery comes next day, or day after tops. But regular delivery. Also, some of the stuff is left in ups trucks and warehouse cold. Other companies at least have temp controlled trucks

I told CS that if it doesn't come by 12/24 as guaranteed I'll return it. I did do some checking around for the ipad and the keyboard and since this is a gift I figured it was just easier for the person if they don't like it, it's an easy return.

Assuming you ordered it from Q.... It's a toss up if an item ordered in December will arrive by the day promised.

Anyone even a little familiar with Q or has read these forums should know shipping time is never guaranteed in December.

I order Apple products from Apple because they deliver overnight or 2nd day.

I just looked at the iPads. There was a faster shipping option for a fee. Was it there when you ordered?

Mine is "loaded on delivery vehicle" today ... I ordered it on the TSV day, shipped 1216 ... free shipping included.

I ordered on the 14th also and so far is in ILL. Still says Dec. 26 delivery. Sometimes things come earlier so hoping. I didn't see any faster shipping indicated when ordering. They said no shipping charge and it will be delivered by the 24th. This has happened in the past.

Just talked to CS since the delivery hasn't had any information since the 19th. Just delayed. I told her if it doesn't come on the 24th it goes back. I'll run out and buy one locally on the 24th. Wondering why they didn't have this as a TSV earlier in the month.
