Yes, QVC has been ''preparing my order " for 4 days now...This is why that I 99% quit ordering from QVC. And to others who are thinking about Christmas presents? GOOD LUCK WITH THAT !!

With so many people having trouble with the Q, I have no idea why people think they are going to change. Too many other places to shop with great shipping. No need to continue to shop here and be frustrated.

@brandiwine Agree 100%! I really think that for some people QVC is a habit/addiction?? There is nothing QVC sells that cannot be found elsewhere probably at better prices and service.

I find lots of great buys here so no complaining from me, most items arrive in 5 to 8 days & I'm notified if there's a delay. Addicted, lol & no...its just another retailer to shop online.

@sarahpanda True. It does seem to take a long time. They make it sound like it will arrive specially packaged and ready for an amazing unboxing... Instead of being tossed in a bag!

If I need something in a hurry, I don't buy from Q or H.
