      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a letter from QVC regarding returns.&amp;nbsp; Evidently they felt I had too many items that I have not liked or that looked terrible on me!&amp;nbsp; They suggested I listen more closely to the host presenting the item and/or get advice from the person who takes orders over the phone.&amp;nbsp; Anyone else get scolded?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;They've been sending these letters out for decades. &amp;nbsp;The percentage of returns has to be high (I don't know the actual number ) for one to receive it. &amp;nbsp;You can search the forums for "the letter " or any variation to read past posts about it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I will add that shopping via TV or online doesn't work for everyone. &amp;nbsp;I buy a lot of things from QVC but nothing I have to try on or am iffy about. &amp;nbsp;I return maybe 4 things per year. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, I've never gotten a letter like that, in all my years of shopping with QVC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do tend to stick to brands that I'm familiar with (regarding sizing, quality and such), when it comes to clothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I seldom order shoes - too hit or miss for me and losing the original plus return shipping is too much for me, if they don't fit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a QVC customer for 25+ yrs. and should I receive a letter such as you have described, I will be finished with the Q. It is very difficult if not impossible to know how sizing, color or style will fit or look until you have tried it on.I have also received damaged or previously worn with missing buttons, smell or stained. Their policy is if you are not happy with something return within 30 days with the exception of holiday returns. Thanks for the the heads up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My returns are Qs errors or damage/defect.&amp;nbsp; I have donated a couple things rather than bother to return. I rarely chance order numerical clothing sizes. I know and Q Large fits.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;This has been discussed before and others have gotten the letter. Some posters agree not fair as others say it is advertised and promoted to be able to return or exchange an item. I think it is poor CS to tell one to listen to the hosts as many do not discuss detail, colors or sizes.Looking at reviews if available and a size chart makes more sense.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I'd move on given that advice. Several hosts had a small ruler for measuring jewelry, the fabric content was mentioned, the focus was on the product.
