      <description>&lt;P&gt;The way I eat now is a main meal at lunch between 11:30 &amp;amp; 1:00 ususally. &amp;nbsp;Then I have a snack in early/mid evening - like cheese and crackers, a cup of soup, something light. &amp;nbsp;If I want something sweet I'll have a tootsie pop or a piece of taffy. &amp;nbsp;I used to have to have a bigger sweet snack every evening - cake, pie, cookies, ce cream, etc. &amp;nbsp;Now I just have something like that occasioally.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My BIL also had diabetes and died 23 years ago. God blessed me that I am still on the planet.😊&lt;/P&gt;</description>
