With subsequent problems I had, I emailed Daniel and he also gave me the contact information for an &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Executive Vice President of&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;MamaMancini’s Holdings, Inc who had also helped me. Both were extremely helpful resolving &lt;STRONG&gt;ANY&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;ALL&lt;/STRONG&gt; issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As a disclaimer, I must state I never dealt with a MM CS agent.       <description>Yet again, for 5 months, my Mama Mancini Jarred Sauce Auto-Delivery has been backordered, then cancelled. I called CS, they have no information. I went to Mama Mancini’s website twice and sent emails to customer service to get information, no response. I just called the company, and she hung up on me after I explained why I was calling. If a company is unable (barring reasons beyond their control) to fulfill their auto-delivery orders-and is uncommunicative, QVC should not offer the product. I am now done with Mama Mancini. I hope the food buyers see this post.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I used to send their meatballs, on auto delivery, to my mother. There was ALWAYS a problem with those AD orders being backordered or late after the first shipment. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I did have email/phone contact information for Daniel and another executive there and they always resolved the issue for me once I emailed them. Many times the problem was with their shipping warehouse. Sorry their customer service has not been helpful. While I can't give out that contact information, using the&amp;nbsp;Contact Mama Mancini's section on their website is a good place to start.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;This happened over two years ago (pricing was much better back then). I no longer by the product. While getting these AD orders shipped was always a problem, the company executives I dealt with were always attentive, responsive and helpful.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That's too bad because he was so kind and helpful. Please don't discount what I wrote in my post&amp;nbsp; because I know what I am talking about from experience. Dare to say, I trust you are not doubting me. Contacting them through their website is a good start.
