TESTING Community Chat

i am testing out Community Chat.

it took me a little less than two minutes to get in.

will respond to this post with how long it takes to appear/post AND how long it takes to respond to this post.

i am NOT having any issues getting kicked out or not being able to get into CC at all. i do NOT have it bookmarked.

i use a laptop with windows EDGE browser.

@sunshine45 I have been having issues with trying to access Community Chat, but am occasionally able to do so; such is the case presently! I am almost hesitant to leave again before the door locks!😁 HOPEFULLY, Lady Luck will be on my side!🤞🤞

I think my Chrome browser might be the culprit; conflicting with some commands, but I do not like using Microsoft Edge! if it solves the isssue, then perhaps it is time for me to start!😊

This post opened right away from the main page I open to and it happened to be there. I clicked on the CC forum though and it took a couple of minutes to load. Did eventually though.

My experience is that I can get into CC without a wait if there's a post on the general forums page. But then I cannot move on to another thread without another 2-3 minute wait.

IT should delete the new InsideQ forum and restore this one.

That's my two cents' worth 😛

Same for me.

I can access a specific thread in CC, either by clicking from the main menu or if I have a notification. But I cannot get into the CC forum as a whole.

Everything else is the same.

ETA: Safari on iPad.

Everything works quickly until I actually click the "Community Chat" option in the menu. If I stay on that one thread and just hit the refresh button for additional comments everything is great, but that is just only one thread to read so it better be a good one.

Otherwise I have to start all over again to choose another thread in CC.

It's not your browser. Multiple people have been reporting problems with accessing Community Chat, including me. Suppose I click on an existing notification, then I don't have a problem.

If I try to click on the community chat forum, it can take quite a while to open. Today has been the shortest time frame. It took about a minute before I was allowed into the forum.

Getting into Community Chat is a cr*pshoot for me. Sometimes I can get in after a very long wait, but other times it just never loads and will even sort of freeze the website and I have to go to another website completely and then come back.

There isn't enough going on in there now to interest me to jump through all the hoops so I just avoid it most days.

Unfortunately the whole QVC website is often problematic which doesn't help a company in financial difficulty.

currently, for me, everything is running "fast" again.

lets hope it is this way in the morning also.
