      <description>&lt;P&gt;Never had one but always wanted to try it. Any suggestions/tips on prep and cooking method? I'm probably going to grill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm usually a NY strip /ribeye/porterhouse fan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Theyre very tasty but tough. &amp;nbsp;I pound the heck out of mine and marinate in Lawrys Teryaki marinade. &amp;nbsp;Its delicious on the grill. Very tasty. &amp;nbsp;Cut in slices like a London Broil.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Marinade for a 12-oz steak:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/4 cup soy sauce&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 tbsp sugar&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 tsp minced garlic&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 tsp vegetable oil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whisk soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, garlic, mustard, and 3/4 tsp pepper in bowl.&amp;nbsp; Whisk in oil until sugar is dissolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pat steak dry and sprinkle with 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper.&amp;nbsp; Grill to around 130 degrees.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Place steak in 9X13" baking dish and poke with fork.&amp;nbsp; Pour marinade over steak and let rest for 5 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Slice thin with marinade to serve.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It s more expensive but Inside skirt steak is tough.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Also, be aware that it shrinks after cooking.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;And, cut against the grain.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;Very common in Tex Mex cooking, skirt steak is from the diaphragm. It is known for it's incredible flavor, but it must be tenderized. It's also an inexpensive cut of meat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="3"&gt;You can find some delicious recipes for it online. I've never fixed it, but I did eat it out when we lived in Texas.       <description>It can be tough or beefier&lt;BR /&gt;But grill it&lt;BR /&gt;And spray with olive oil&lt;BR /&gt;Don’t over cook&lt;BR /&gt;It will grill up fast&lt;BR /&gt;So a quick grill on each side&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good taste….it seldom disappoints</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think the key to good skirt steak is to tenderize it . I use the Deni meat tenderizer. If I'm in a hurry, I'll generously sprinkle with Adobo spice and fresh lime juice and refrigerate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
