I just heard there are about 200 still missing. We have been hearing so much about Camp Mystic, and we're still waiting for the ten campers and one counselor who are missing, that we need to remember there were houses completely submerged by the waters.

So, so sad.

I read that at least 109 are deceased which compiles of 57 adult and 30 children. 161 reported missing. Camp Mystic is grieving the loss of 27 campers and counselors. Authorities said today, five campers and a counselor remain unaccounted.

This is so very sad. There were pictures posted of the children that were deceased on Facebook. It was beyond sad. Praying for those that lost their loved ones.

You must remember a few things

People who frequent those hill camps have done so for years
Every year when it rains they receive the advisories/warnings…I get them here in Illinois too
The river has only flooded three prior times and it’s been since 1987 that it was extensive
The area is dense and cellular activity is spotty. In 2024 the local administration was not accepting the installation of sirens
In 2020 they did not receive a grant to put in an emergency system

In years the river has never crested to 30 to 40 feet
And has never reached past the 24 ft width on land

People are negating the seed harvesting prior to these storms
The NWS knew and predicted so in the week preceding the chem trails began
North and south of Kerr County

This is NOT about people not paying attention
The continuous use of atmospheric manipulation is the problem
This storm came and hovered over Kerr County
Intensely
You haven’t heard anywhere else in Texas
Because of the manipulation it pounded and here we are AGAIN
As was in North Carolina

Whether people want to play naive or uninformed it is time
To wake up to the flooding
And it’s starting to look like land grabbing
Destruction of once prolific areas not empty masses of land

It’s fact not a coincidence
I for one would like to see hearings on HARP and DARPA who are doing the flyovers
Of chemicals
Prior to nightfall the rain was blue
I can attest to this in Illinois
You will find blue puddles
Very disturbing

Read about cloud seeding. This is not cloud seeding. This is climate change. North Carolina is climate change. Arkansas is climate change. Nebraska is climate change.

Nobody believes this load of malarkey when we have been told for DECADES that this was going to hapoen if we didn't stop the overconsumption of fossils fuels.. Now the chickens have come home to roost and the climate and science deniers want to deflect.

A flash flood watch was issued by the National Weather Service by Thursday afternoon for the region. Then, in the middle of the night, at 1:14 a.m. Friday, a flash food warning was issued as possibly “catastrophic,” for Bandera and Kerr Counties, according to the NWS. Those alerts would have automatically triggered Wireless Emergency Alerts on enabled mobile devices, the weather service said.

But because the alerts went out when most residents and visitors were asleep, coupled with the fact that many of those children attending summer camp as well as their counselors were without cell phones, the alerts likely went unheeded by many.

Residents who were up before daylight on Friday 4 reported rain misting by 3 a.m. but nothing out of the ordinary. That changed quickly by 5 a.m. Friday when flooding was detected on roadways in Kerr County.

The flooding reached its peak at around 6:45 a.m. in Kerrville, hours after warnings were first issued, according to the local flood gauge.

Kerr County Judge Rob Kelly told reporters on Saturday local residents have rejected the idea of a siren system due to its expense when it had been suggested before.

“The public reeled at the cost,” Judge Kelly said.

So many times I have got up in the morning to find an alert or emergency warning notification was on my phone and I never heard it.

HARP (High Altitude Research Project): This was a project in the 1960s that used large cannons to launch projectiles into the upper atmosphere to study atmospheric conditions. While this involved projectiles and the upper atmosphere, it was not focused on widespread release of chemicals for geoengineering purposes.

DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency): This is a US Department of Defense agency that develops new technologies for military use. DARPA has various projects, and one example involving chemicals was a system to neutralize chemical warfare agents (CWA) on-site, converting them into harmless by-products. This is a technology for chemical neutralization, not related to widespread atmospheric dispersal.

HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program): This is a research facility in Alaska that studies the ionosphere using high-frequency radio waves. It's often mistakenly linked to claims of weather modification or the release of atmospheric chemicals, but these claims are false. HAARP uses radio waves, not chemicals, and cannot influence weather patterns in the troposphere (where weather occurs).

Blue rain can become discolored by atmospheric particles and pollutants. In the context of the recent Kerrville flooding, the rain was likely discolored by mud, debris, and pollutants.

Those are contrails left by high flying aircraft.
The heat exhaust mixes with atmospheric water vapor. Contrails do disappear but many remain trapped in warmer climate changes.

This photo has been posted all over the Internet: some captioned about the description of what are contrails; others discussed in terms of hot atmospheric conditions and/or climate change.

Research as one chooses and decide from there.

The warm exhaust from an airplane, meets the colder upper atmosphere producing those streaks in the sky.

Ask a meteorologist. Read about cloud seeding (which is a simple and straightforward good thing to help reduce the impacts of drought). Meteorologists know all about this stuff.

Contrails are different. I've seen the sky above me that looks like that image and I'M NOT ANYWHERE NEAR A MAJOR AIRPORT.
