Problems again with the forum-Anyone?

A few days ago a few posted that their font wouldn't enlarge anymore after enlarging it and they couldn't see pictures.

I thought, I'm lucky I don't have that problem.

Not lucky anymore. Now I have that problem too.

I can't say problems again because the word again does not apply. For me on my android phone, the problem didn't go away and come back. It's been messed up for weeks now. I needed to manually type out your nickname and the entire horizontal bar across the top is missing. So no font size, no font color, no bold or italics, no attaching, no nothing. Just a rectangular box. I miss connecting with everyone here, but it's too much trouble. I hope qvc is working on this issue.

@PhilaLady1 agree with you 100% ....on my android phone ALL of the icons are missing. Cannot post pics, fonts, emoji's, etc. AND like you have to type in the name in full. Does not pop up with the @xxxxxxxxxx. I am on my laptop at this time and it is nice that it works from here. This is how it should look on our phones and it does not. Thank you for confirming that I am not crazy!

When I have a problem with a website on my android phone I switch from mobile mode to desktop mode. I use firefox so that feature may not be available with other browsers.

I had a problem with seeing the forums on my iphone for a little but now ok.

This is with my chrome book.

It is annoying.

It made me wonder if Kachina had these problems. She always posted with a very large font.

I can see how it just becomes too frustrating.

It also makes me think if they can't get the technology right here, how will they expect to get it right on all the other social media platforms they have started.

It is ok now! Then it isn't. Then it is.

I did nothing different.

I think when their IT is messed up it rarely matters what you do.

And it is always the QVC site, never any other websites.

Maybe inch by inch they fix it for one format or browser or device and move onto the next.

Who knows!.

Same problem on iPhone. And there is no mobile v full mode. Just full mode but with no ability to do anything except type in a big blank box. I’ve stopped participating most of the time.

There was an option up until the mess up started that at the bottom of the right hand side of the page I had a choice; mobile or full.

That option is now gone like everything else. Just a big empty box. And since I can't post pictures from my phone...well there you go.

I have problems sometimes when someone posts photos. All I get is a square box instead of the photo. Does anyone know why and how to fix it? Thank you.

Yes, that can happen when your computer browser has too many images stored in it's cache. So, all you need to do is delete browsing data and that setting is found in the three dots at the upper-right corner of your screen. Click that and look down for the delete browsing data option. Once you click that then a window will open. I usually delete in the time range of 'all time' for history, cookies and cached images. That should do it for you.

That didn't work for me.

Just started not seeing pictures today, font size, color not there.

That's what I mean when I say it is a problem on QVC's side that we can't fix on our computers or phones.

It's always that way.

I'm not even getting a square box, just blank. I know it was pictures posted because I got them this am but not now.

So it goes in and out. Fixed and not.
