    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your replies I did try the callback number and they did call me back within 5 minutes - much better way to get through they also did give me the $20 credit today. &amp;nbsp;I have been with them since day one as well. &amp;nbsp; I also filled out the feedback form to let them know what was going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes on Thursday to get to speak to a rep when I finally did she had to turn me over to a supervisor regarding a lost shipmemt by UPS. &amp;nbsp;I had already been billed on easy pay for an item I didn't receive. &amp;nbsp;When I tried to explain this the supervisor got argumentative and told me she couldn't do anything about it, but in the end did send out a replacement at no charge but she also said she would give me a $20 account credit for al the aggravation I had with this order. &amp;nbsp;I called WEN )it was the styling tool) and also UPS before I called QVC. &amp;nbsp;We were both frustrated with each other and she ended up handing up on me about after I held on for over an hour. &amp;nbsp;I am now on hold again for anotther issue so far 15 minutes. &amp;nbsp;This is not typical of QVC - anyone know what is going on with this level of customer service. &amp;nbsp;I ordered 3 Logo items which were all in storck and being processed now one of them says backordered and I ordered a sweather to match and wouldn't have gotten the sweater if I knew the tank was backordered. &amp;nbsp;It seems like an inventoroy problem and they just want the sale.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;FexEx lost mis-delivered a package for me. &amp;nbsp;Appleseeds said they could nothing, FedEx said their cheap shipping method didn't come with tracking so tough. &amp;nbsp;They said it was delivered. &amp;nbsp;I said TO THE WRONG HOUSE AND I HAVE PHOTO PROOF YOU SENT!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Both sides said wasn't us. &amp;nbsp;The customer has no recourse here. &amp;nbsp;And neither Appleseeds nor QVC states "After it is shipped it's not our problem" in their information. &amp;nbsp;And no choice to to the customer. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;I've had items that never arrived. &amp;nbsp;I have an order from last November that still says it's "in transit to a UPS facility". &amp;nbsp;I did get the replacement in about a week.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;They do keep the charge from the original order and send out another item at no charge. &amp;nbsp;So if you used easy pay, it's not surprising you're already charged the first payment. &amp;nbsp;That's how they work it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;I can't speak to your other problem.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;Customer service representatives don't seem to have the knowledge they used to have a few years ago.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have never had to wait more than five minutes for a representative. Now they will offer a call back that takes no more than five minutes. &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;They continue to be helpful whenever I have questions. I just called them, because I did not receive a confirmation on a return delivered to UPS but labeled to US post office. It was confusing. She found it and gave me the credit.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;The times have certainly changed for all customer services across the board. I have so far had good luck with the Q.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I rarely if ever call CS but had need a while back. &amp;nbsp;Twice I spoke with agents that seemed to work at home, and were preoccupied. &amp;nbsp;I could hear dog in back ground and a small child &amp;nbsp;this call the agent was very preoccupied and frustrated. Poor thing. &amp;nbsp;I know I have had these days. &amp;nbsp;But, caused me a lot of grief with issue I had&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
